Brickworks has taken service to new heights with the recent introduction of one-on-one, one-hour appointments to help customers make their external colour selections.
This national initiative is already proving valuable to many of our customers, especially those who find it a challenge to match exterior colours with our product range, including bricks, roof tiles, fascia, gutter, windows, garage doors as well as pavers and retaining walls.
Alongside our expert consultants, Brickworks visualisation tool – Ivisualise – shows what their home can look like, depending on the colours and products selected. Since its inception in late 2017 we’ve conducted over 4,000 appointments, which also enable us to cross-promote our full range of products and drive engagement with upgraded products.
