Sharing perspectives with customers and colleagues can make it easier for all of us to do business and succeed. When she’s welcoming customers to the Brickworks Design Studio in Perth, Aleshia is excited to be learning from local architects and building designers. They inspire her towards excellence in the products and projects that we all help deliver. “The most rewarding part of my role at Brickworks is getting to engage with the state’s design community,” says Aleshia. “By seeing everything we do from our customers’ perspective we can offer them exactly the products they need to make their projects successful and beautiful.”

Aleshia also finds herself motivated by working with a passionate team who share her sense of responsibility for exceeding customer expectations and delivering outstanding results. “I love coming to work everyday with amazing colleagues who are brilliant at their jobs,” she says. “Everyone is collaborating every day, it’s how things are done around here.”
