He has published over 60 technical papers and invited lectures. Jim was the co-chairman for the China Tunnel and Bridge Summit in 2012, 2016 and 2018.

He has a wide breadth of experience from infrastructure to architectural structures with recent project accomplishments in Melbourne’s transport network and underground structures. These include Springvale Road Grade Separation, Caulfield to Dandenong Elevated Rail and Melbourne Metro. This experience has provided Kim with a complete understanding of multi-disciplinary design and can effectively work in a key design manager role and structural lead role.
