Tony is a Founding Partner of Inhabit and has served on the Board of Directors since 2011, leading Australasian operations.
In June 2016, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer, to lead Inhabit’s continued growth globally. Tony is based in Melbourne.
With a background in architecture, Tony brings a perspective to façade design and fabrication that has seen him collaborating on a variety of iconic projects in Australia, Hong Kong, PRC and the Middle East. Specialising in façades for over 24 years, his experience is recognised with ongoing involvement in projects providing quality review and value design with some of Australia’s most renowned architects, builders and developers.
Tony’s role also includes the ongoing financial and strategic development of the Inhabit business, both nationally and internationally. In his role, Tony’s responsibilities include the performance management of the Australian practice, project operation / management, customer / client service, marketing, technical quality control and staff management. Alongside these responsibilities, Tony also enjoys mentoring the next generation of consultants with ongoing involvement in servicing client projects.

Richard is part of Arup’s Buildings Group leadership and is the Building Structures leader for Arup across Victoria and South Australia.
With almost 20 years of experience working across a variety of markets, Richard has lived and worked in Melbourne, Sydney, London, Malaysia, the USA and New Zealand during his career and has experience delivering projects of all scales and under a variety of procurement methods.
Richard leads a group of over 40 staff and works regionally with the over 2500 staff that Arup has in Australasia.
Richard is a passionate advocate for the important roles and responsibilities engineers have in delivering optimal outcomes for major community shaping projects.

Lauren works as a Senior Design Manager for Multiplex Constructions where she started her construction career as a Cadet whilst completing her Masters of Architecture and a Bachelor of Planning and Design at the University of Melbourne. She has recently expanded her role to take a lead in environmental sustainability for the business including the fulfilment of Multiplex’s WGBC commitment to only owning and operating net zero carbon assets by 2030. Her design and construction experience spans across a multitude of sectors including commercial, residential, civic, institutional, laboratory and heritage.
